HOPE for Hyndman Charter School is a K-12 school located in Bedford County. It was founded in 2011 by a group of concerned parents when the school in their area closed due to consolidation. The goal of this project is to establish an Esports program at our school. We need to have the program up and running for the 2019-2020 school year. The award will be given to the company that can meet that time table and provide all the necessary equipment to complete the project. Substitutions can be made to the specs below but must be compatible with the HHCS network.
Our budget for this project is $20,000. This would include all equipment listed below. We do understand that there may need to be some cabling and networking items in addition and for that we have a budget of up to $2,000.
